He remains one of the most talented and most creative head-of-department I’ve worked with, and I have no hesitation in recommending him for any project, whatever the size or style. He is resourceful, patient, incredibly hard working, and at times an annoying perfectionist. For one project, he went to Bunnings, brought a saw and somehow made sweet sweet music from that. He will push your idea to work hard, and then push himself to work even harder. He also has a cat that you can pat while he’s trying out new tunes.
